Standard processing begins within 3–5 business days.

All orders are securely packed, especially fragile items like spectacle frames and lenses, using high-grade packaging to prevent damage. Orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Any necessary changes must follow our cancellation and reorder process.

Shipping delays, if any, are proactively communicated and may be due to factors such as customs, weather, or logistical disruptions.
